The Remnant Market

Luxury stone, discounted by the piece.

Every big job leaves behind beautiful usable stone. We keep those pieces on the floor at a deep discount — the same granite, quartz, marble and quartzite, priced for smaller projects.

Why remnants

The best pieces don't last long.

Remnant stock turns over weekly. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we don't publish a live catalog — the honest answer is that the floor changes faster than any page could. Tell us your dimensions and we'll tell you what's sitting in the racks today, or come walk them yourself; no appointment necessary.

Remnant FAQ

Good to know.

What exactly is a remnant?
It's the usable portion of a full slab left after a larger project is cut. Same premium material, same fabrication — just a smaller piece at a reduced price.
How do I know what's available?
Remnant inventory changes constantly as jobs come off the saw. The most reliable way is to stop by the showroom or call (616) 842-1951 and tell us your dimensions.
How large a project can a remnant cover?
Most remnants handle vanities, bar tops, hearths, desks and small islands. Larger kitchens usually need full slabs so the veining flows properly.
Can you still fabricate edges and cutouts?
Yes. Remnants go through the same templating, edge profiling, polishing and installation as any full-slab project.
